Don't be taken advantage of.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to pay a flat monthly fee to reseller who manages your Google Adwords account for you, if you're getting the results you want. There IS something wrong with paying a monthly fee for a one-time service, however.
A popular scam begins with promises like these:
-
First page placement on Google, guaranteed!
-
Guaranteed Placement in one of the top three positions!
-
It's not Pay-Per-Click - you get Unlimited Clicks!
Now, think about it for a moment: If some company offers you "unlimited clicks" from Google for $100/month from three zip codes in your area, then either:
- Google has a special deal with the company (we'll call it Biz.net) and sells it "bulk rate" clicks, or
- The cost of the clicks and the number of people clicking from those zip codes are very, very small.
Which do you think is true?
In Flat Fee or Fat Free, we describe this scam in detail. These companies do not make this offer to businesses selling V1@gra in 10029. They make sure that your $100 will buy at most $25 worth of clicks on average, after a one-time set-up that requires no additional attention on their part.
And Biz.net makes sure that your reports (if you get them) do not include average CPC (cost-per-click) even though these statistics are just as easy to include as how many people saw your ad, and how many clicked.
You can do better. Find out how.
If you have not tried Internet search marketing before, call PPC Tarmac for a free consult to help evaluate the potential costs and benefits for your products, services and market. Mention "Fat Free Google".
